What with people still on-about their resolutions for 2014… here’s a likkle pep talk/motivational speech sorta thing. It’s more for myself and fellow bloggers than for the general public to read. But don’t stop reading now. Trust me, there’s no turning back…
Regarding resolutions…
The key to overcoming such habits or implementing new ones is not necessarily changing your surroundings or your lifestyle.
The key is to face your demons, look ’em dead in the eye and push forward with nothing but will power.
Do you really need a new calendar year to bring about changes in your life?
I don’t think so.
Determination is all that you need to better yourself.
I sound like a hypnotist on steroids, advertising for M&S don’t I?
No is the answer.
But anyway… here I am, writing an article when I have so much to do… lecturing you about motivation when I, myself am struggling not to procrastinate.
I’ve noticed one thing though.
I can write lots when I have more important things to do, with creative juices flowing as they should… but as soon as have spare time. I get writer’s block.
Has anybody else experienced such phenomena?
Anyway, remember… Demons run when a good man (or woman) goes to war.
To create change, YOU must be the change.
