The compulsion to write.
Why not start off the brand new era with a word so fitting. or is it…?
My admiration for this word was on the surface. Heck, Scribel would have been called Hypergraphia, had I not done some further research.
It’s actually a serious medical condition which shouldn’t be underplayed.
“It is found in persons with temporal lobe epilepsy and right hemispheric strokes and tumors, among other brain disorders.” according to a medical dictionary.
“Hypergraphia” is the overwhelming desire to write.

I had no idea it had severely negative connotations attached to it.
Such a beautiful word but much more to it when you look beyond its surface.
